A Seychelles sojourn

I’m aware I started the last blog post (in the dim and distant past) with “It’s not every day….” but, well, it really isn’t every day you get asked to photograph a villa in the Seychelles.

Still, once in a lifetime will do.

Desroches Island is an idyllic 3.5 mile long stretch of sand in the Indian ocean. It has sand, sea, a giant Aldabran tortoise sanctuary, a Four Season resort and not much else. I loved it.

After a couple of days spent running around photographing it, I hope to go back one day to soak it all in at a more leisurely pace.

The very lovely Villa Koko is up for sale with Ashdown Jones.
